Fabulous machine, all stainless steel., no issue apart from the handle that rotates the auger: it is simply attached with an eye bolt, cheap solution that can be annoying if u use the machine regularly, screw in unscrew, screw in unscrew....a quick release solution would be much better

The manual meat grinder from the box was easily washed , then assembled and finally operated. My only complaint would be the operating guide was poor quality, poor translation to English, and proved not to be very helpful. The questions you might want were not there, and hence not addressed. Other items were trivial and the guide hence not needed. I would recommend the item be improved before next reprinting for the English speaking market.
