Fitted for elderly relatives who had become less confident about outside steps. It has proved to be very successful. It hasn't gone thru a winter yet so can't comment on its durability thru bad weather but it's brilliant so far. Fitted in a couple of hours and easy to assemble.

Although the handrails are sturdy I am disappointed that the screws have all gone rusty and this is after ONLY FOUR weeks of them being installed. This does affect the aesthetics of the handrails. I suggest that the screws should be stainless steel and this problem would be eliminated.
