Ok - nothing at fault with the product. My 1st go at fixing handrails to concrete steps (or any step for that matter). There is everything you need and simple instructions. Do follow those and if unsure look at the video for guidance. I made a couple of school boy errors when testing the depth of the screw holes. Don't use the expansion screws to do that...
The one thing I would say is that the 10/150mm masonry drill was included but didn't fit my black and decker drill. I had one anyway, so no big deal for me.
Aside from that, sturdy, simple and fitted easily across 2 steps.
