You can adjust the temperature output to suit your preference, ranging from 86 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit, thanks to the temperature controller.
Additional Security: We have upgraded our food warmer with newly designed "Dry Burning Indicator" and "Reset Button". The dry-burning indicator function automatically stops heating the food when the temperature exceeds 248°F (120°C). To resume operations, simply refill the water and press the Reset Button.

Prachtig toestel van zeer hoge kwaliteit. Wij gebruiken het dagelijks in onze frituur.. Het toestel moet zeker niet onderdoen voor de toestellen dat we kochten in horeca speciaalzaken. Een aanrader.
Item took over 10 days to arrive but fitted with European electrical component (plug) which needed additional adapter and water discharge nozzle was found leaking once installed for my catering business.The leakage Bain Marie can be repaired, welded or replaced but asking Amazon what are they going to do about the item in question now?
So far, this unit works as intended and heats up pretty quickly. The only issue was a small leak under the water hose, but I was able to tighten it with a wrench. Looks good, and I hope it lasts long. -Adrian Santos
