Dunea has dirty water, after the first use it had a poop color, then a pee color, and shortly after that a cola color, every 4 jugs, the distiller needs to be cleaned, it is a great device, I passed this tip on, my neighbor bought it, her brother-in-law, 2 friends, and the 3rd friend will buy it after the vacation, Dunea offers water without lime... well, not really... so Vevor, can I maybe get a gift card now that I have promoted you? I keep advising everyone to purchase this device, you will NOT regret it... really not. Best regards, Luna.

Does what it needs to do. Easy to descale. Perfect. But where do you get parts from Vevor? Preferred carbon bags or descaler, a new jug or a rubber ring?
