I first had to wait a long time to order this device because it was always out of stock. Then I received it, unpacked it, and tested it; it worked for exactly 1 minute and then there was a short circuit. I contacted Vevor and asked if I could receive another device because this one was defective after just 1 minute. Until today, three weeks later, I still have no clear answer or solution. I had to open the device and send photos, and now I will receive another circuit board and according to Vevor, I have to repair the device myself. I actually think it is not my job to repair the device. I also believe that I should immediately receive another device under warranty without any discussion. They are not responding to this and send me daily emails with apologies, patience, etc., which is of no use to me. I am curious how this will end; until today, I am a very dissatisfied customer and I doubt the quality of the device. So far, I do not recommend anyone to buy it or to contact Vevor because it takes a long time, and there is always someone else who speaks to you in various different languages. I feel cheated.
