I am so impressed with the quality of this slicer it is amazing! I read the reiews of this one and all of the similar 10" slicers and decided this one was worth a shot. I am amazed!!! You must buy the cut resistant gloves because you don't stand a chance trying to clean or handle the blade on this, don't even think about skimping out on the gloves. you will regret it. If you have read the reviews and saw this unit was tough to clean because you had to remove 3 screws for the blade to come off, it is no big deal, they require a 5/32 allen or "hex key wrench" (not included) and most slicers blades are mounted the same way, except for the cheap junky low rpm crap, with the serrated blades that shread your meat rather than slice it. This is an industrial grade slicer at an amazing price. Tried it on an eye of round roast and it cut paper thin slices that where thinner than Arby's and our sanwiches were amazing! I have only used this once but it seems like its built like a tank and will last a long time. I will update my review if my opinion changes, but I couldn't be more impressed after my first use.
