Great tool, easy to assemble for different heights needed. Works fine cutting smaller branches. Used up to 20mm no problem. The puller wheels for the string are good but the string can become tangled if not managed. Otherwise really happy.

This is a great long reach pruner, with very powerful cutting ability.The problem is the saw, when it is on the pole at any great length the saw jams a lot as the branch moves, not a good situation to be in.I would definitely give it 5 stars as a pruner but 0 stars as a long reach saw.

This is a really excellent tool. For tree work it is a must. Saves time and effort reaching high branches and is much safer than balancing on a step ladder or the like. It is surprising light considering the height it can reach. I highly recommend this product.

After some research, I chose this item, cuts branches about 1.5 inches (approx) very well when standing on the ground, easier to control when extended up to 12 foot high. pulling the drawstring work well. However, when using all the pieces, reach 26 foot high, I managed to carefully get the pole cutter to sit on the branch but was unsuccessful and unable to see if I had the cutter in a good position to make the cut, very difficult to control, tried about 4 times to cut one branch and failed. Might have worked better, if there were two people to control it, when it is 26 foot high. Despite this dilemma, I am still happy with my purchase, it works well when trimming branches. Excellent value too, bought for £49.95 a few months ago.

I bought this for some tall trees in my garden that would have cost a lot to trim by a tree surgeon.The saw works very well and it's telescopic pole is great.Obviously fully extended it does get wobbly, but that's a limitation of physics, not the product. I was able to trim my cherry tree at full extension.Only thing is why this product is twice the cost than on vevors official site?

After reading various mixed reviews I opted for this saw with a “hope for the best approach but don’t be to disappointed as it’s not that expensive”So glad l did because I honestly cannot fault this long reach saw. I’m a carpenter so understand how to use the saw blade and not force it but this performs really well even when fully extended.Top quality and definitely value for money product.

Well made solid product and I am very pleased for me for what I wanted but beware it is quite heavy and somewhat ungainly when fully extended. You will need a reasonable degree of strength in your arms and hands to maintain control of the saw when fully extended. Also be aware you will need a correct size nut and bolt to connect the saw to the pole, this is NOT provided!
