The status on this says delivered. Can you supply a POD please. I have not had it delivered yet
I have been writing back and forth regarding this delivery which I have still not received.
I ordered and paid for this item on the 16/9/24 and was told it would be delivered on the 18/9/24. It was not and I am still waiting nearly six weeks later. I have been in constant contact with your company through Loyd on chat asking me to be patient. I think I have been more than patient. I would have expected a replacement to have been sent out instead of dragging this out. I have tried ringing on the number provided but each time it says that there is no one available to take the call. I am willing to wait till the end of this week for either a POD or confirmation of a replacement as this should be dealt with between yourselves and the carrier and not dragged out with the customer who has actually paid for the item and not received it. As you can probably tell, I am not a happy or satisfied customer
