Such a progressive invention!
The stairs at my apartment complex works fine with this cart. If your using it for lighter loads like laundry (going up the stairs), it's much easier versus hauling heavier loads like groceries (like we do via 2-3 stacked InstaCrates w/Bungee cords). Our carport is quite a distance from our 2nd story apartment so we consider it a godsend, however keep in mind that lighter or heavier loads will determine the labor factor. With laundry, I can use just 1 arm on the handle while traveling up the stairs facing forward. During grocery runs while I'm alone, I must use 2 arms when hauling a heavy load up the flight of stairs facing down the flight (*Tip* = for heavy loads, 2 people lifting..one on each end is much faster/safer in either direction) which I prefer over multiple trips between points A & B. For safety reasons, when descending alone, I'd recommend only lighter loads since the resistance you must provide will prevent the wheels from dropping violently between steps. I've seen comments that it leaves visible marks on lightly colored floor surfaces since the wheels don't swivel (this is a design issue) so one can expect shorter wheel life in environments especially where narrow hallways with twists and turns are present. If you can envision a future model with a swivel feature and either a motorized stairclimber or a descending counterweight system, wouldn't that be the ultimate in convenience? Things typically improve over time but for now, I can anticipate the replacement costs for parts on this nifty item. I wish I could say the same for health deficiencies such as early onset arthritis, arm muscle pulls/cramps, and joint pain. Avoid the previous and get this for yourself & your family!

Versatile, durable, beautifully designed, and totally useful!
I've had this VEVOR Stair-Climbing Cart for 7 months now and I absolutely love it. As I've gotten older, a few things are starting to wear out, including my lower back. :-( I had purchased a "regular" dolly several years ago, but, going up and down stairs with weight on it, it would nearly jerk me off my feet as it dropped from step to step. So, I was excited to see the new "3-wheelers." I did a lot of comparison-shopping before choosing the VEVOR because it folded to reduce storage space, could handle heavier weights, had a larger bottom platform than many others, and a drop-down brace that allows me to set it down with the bottom platform in the air. This is very handy for applying straps when they're needed to stabilize large, heavy, or oddly-shaped loads.Unloaded, it's compact and lightweight, making it very easy to store and move from place to place, so I use it a great deal. From hauling my garbage to the end of my driveway every week, to shifting my air conditioners up and down from the basement as the seasons change, to moving everything from multiple bags of garden mulch, to smaller pieces of furniture to "value" sizes of pet food and heavily-loaded laundry hampers, even when I don't HAVE to use it, I often do because it makes so many tasks easier. The three-wheel design is great for more than just navigating stairs. Any time I come up against a bump, instead of stopping and requiring extra effort to continue, this cart simply walks over the obstacle and keeps going! AND, in spite of everything I’ve put it through, it’s still in great shape. It may not be inexpensive but I’ve found it to be well worth the investment!

Very useful & helpful
I believe that anybody living at the apartment or condo with stairs should have one. Very useful & helpful. I have tried several different types and found it's one of the best. To carry the items, I put a small box /container on the cart and put the items in there and bind them with bungee Cord Hook.

Perfect!
Arrived in perfect time! Rolls smoothly up and down the stairs. I read reviews and laughed instantly when I opened the box. People complaining about no assembly instructions. I attached pictures of how it comes out of the box.....If you need instructions to slide the wheels on and tighten nuts I would question your ability to even use this....Just sayin.

Serves the purpose.
Very sturdy & handy gadget. We needed it to take luggage in & out of a second floor condo. It works perfectly! Had an issueWith a wheel bearing that was missing but found the replacement piece on Amazon & seller reimbursed us with no issue forthe cost. Easy fix. Worth every penny. Really works surprisingly well.
