The doubt was due to the bad reviews on the site regarding delivery time and quality. Still, I decided to order because of the price. And... very satisfied, the product arrived within 3 days. Nicely packaged without any damage and all the items for assembly (even a drill bit) were included. My mother is very happy with it and it provides a lot of support for getting into the house. Easy assembly..

great material, and also perfectly finished, nice for the garden, etc. it is also easy to shorten where possible. all the fastening material is included!
