This chimney cleaning system is great .The usual job with rods and brush usually involves the brush getting stuck near the top and me swearing and knocking the skin off my hands and elbow .This system went straight up and my chimney has never been so clean with about a barrow load of soot coming down .Very pleased .

Very pleasantly surprised by this. Wasn't sure what I would get for less than 50 quid (approx the cost of one professional sweep). The rods are very flexible but sturdy enough to do the job. The connections are strong enough (only gave 4 stars for quality as they'll probably not last a lifetime but I reckon it's paid for itself after one use). The kit came with more than I was expecting, with gloves, goggles and a decent storage bag included. The rods connected together and to a cordless drill easily, the cleaning head worked well, dislodged a lot of soot and seemed to leave the flue clean. Overall, very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I've only used this once so far and it worked very well. Some reviewers have mentioned that the buttons to attach and detach each pole was difficult. They are correct but it's really not that hard. Very happy with my purchase.
