Well I'll be completely honest I've never ordered anything from this company before and I didn't really know what to expect. But I'm happy to say I was very happy with the purchase. All pieces were there, instructions fairly well put together so assembly wasn't an issue, and I'm having nothing but fun with my new weight bench. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a sheet with a variety of exercises that can be done with the equipment. Other than that it was all good. Thanks.
