Never receiced the product, track and trace shows it’s returned to sender. Not sure what is the reason but this can happen no problem, Opened a support ticket with very prompt response, I agreed with VEVOR customer support to accept a refund for the amount, this amount should be transferred on Oct 25. Now it’s Nov 10 and refund is not received. There is no response anymore on the support ticket.
It’s only €81, but still hope we can fix it.
For the other products that are ordered and received, the order process, track and trace details, general lead time and product quality is all good. Very happy.
