Review after 2 months of use. After unpacking I was disappointed to find out that the baking chamber is only 11 cm high and not as shown on the picture which says height of chamber is 19.6 cm. That is a big difference as it can't be used for a kilo loafs of breads! I baked in the oven everything from pizzas, cakes, breads, pies, homemade pastries and sweet buns, puff pastry, roasted chicken, veggies, gratins, etc. All worked really well, very fast preheating and keeps heat quite well for long baking. Great for browning of chicken skin or get pizza finished as it's easy to control top element. Also works great for proofing bread and pastries with only light on as it generates a good amount of light heat. Negative points.. oven works only with timer - I can't use it without it (faulty wiring?), stone could be a bit thicker, insulation seems quite poor or none, included shelf/rack arrived slightly bended and it's rocking so can't be used properly. Good value at around £150.
