Looks good, works fine. Good price for a set like this. Came fast and well packet. Takes some practice, but it’s no rocket science.

Tot op heden altijd gedestilleerd zonder tumbler, haalde nooit meer dan 74% in eerste stook. Nu in mijn eerste stook en gebruik van deze ketel 85%. Mogelijkheden om te fermenteren mer deze ketel qua onhoud ook veel beter,. Heb aan de handleiding niet veel gehad, niet meer een paar leuke recepten, maar algemeen gezien een prima aankoop. Mijn geld meer dan waard, enige minpuntje is de pomp. Gebruik ook na her schoonstoken van de ketel mijn oude slangen, dus gewoon via de kraan water toevoeren. Misschien dat ik nog eens probeer als ik de ketel wat vaker heb gebruikt maar voor nu geen pomp.

Zocht een goedkope oplossing om een (whiskey) destillatie te kunnen doen op het gasfornuis. In een woord, fantastisch. Dit werkt prima. Ja sommige delen zijn wat dun (metaal) maar eerlijk is eerlijk, maakt dat uit? Nee. Voor de prijs is dit een geweldig product incl. tumbler.

Now 18 months old with about 25 runs. I ferment with Turbo 8 yeast plus 8kg sugar at 25c to give 23L of mash. Then at least 2 runs with Bots in Thumper on final. I have incorporated a thermometer where the output meets the worm. I get approx. 4L gin @ 82% = 8L final yield

LIKED...arrived on time, well packed, no dents or damage whatsoever, all the bits there, working within an hour.DISLIKED...drain for condenser water could do with being larger...but this is a minor gripe...Overall...works very well, and good value—-am pleased, and recommend item and seller.

Exceptional piece of equipment

Arrived earlier than expected due to the situation the world is going through, opened the package no damage clear instructions when decanting the product . Followed instructions clean components tested for seal test additional ptfe tape around threads water and white vinegar test brought up temperature to 100 degrees C boiling point gradual . No leaks or problems good heavy base , wall thickness substantial. Set up for the thumper and condenser on the top of the pot still, not ideal. Set up in line thumper/ slobber keg and condenser in line but slightly higher. Performance was as stated my use was on a gas hob, the pot is an excellent fermenter holds the heat for a very long time . Still experimenting better quality from other reviews on similar products I have read happy up to now with my purchase . Only time will tell.U
