This has really saved me through lockdown. I think it’s a great bit of kit and I do recommend getting it. The silks that came with weren’t great for me as I generally train on ones with more stretch.

Love this aerial rig lota of space to perform moves. Not that easy to erect could do with slighyly longer bolts to as very hard to get the nuts on.

Absolutely love this rig!When it first arrived, we weren't convinced by the claim it could be assembled/dismantled in minutes, but we've got the hang of it since. The adjustable feet make it feel safe on uneven ground.The material is really too long for the height (better than being too short!), but perfect width for aerial hammock.It definitely needs taking down in the rain and the clips holding on the straps don't screw properly, but for the price this is an excellent rig and I'm thrilled.

This height is just for usual UK flat height, it's 2 poles high. The maximum is 3 poles high, they're about the same length so to imagine the max height, just add half of this height. I hope the photo helps in terms of equipment and moves that might limit you. It is quite sturdy in my opinion although because of the height I haven't really tried spinning fast on it.

Great product but needs to be higher , or allow to purchase extension set
