The company were amazing and refunded all the import duties/costs.The quality of this saw is amazing and I can highly recommend it. It works as advertised and I'd say as good a quality as brands twice the price. Well worth it.
I've had my saw for a month, and found it very useful.
It comes with a good quality vice, and I made 2 clamps to fit in the vice and enable it to handle smaller items.
It leaves steel with a good finish, far better than I could achieve with an hacksaw.
Great little band saw, I found spare blades here, added a table for other cutting projects.

The saw is very easy to use and gives a very clean cut on the Aluminum sections I have machined on it. There is no wandering or curving of the cut. It's on the heavy side but that gives it a very solid feel.
