This is the small press. You can see by the photo that it does good for half page presses. Get the 15x15 for larger presses.

Allow the press to heat up to right temperature and make sure it_ on a flat surface.

I love my heat press! I still have to try the hat, cup and plate presses, but I_ sure they all work as great as the shirt press does. I do not regret buying it.The only think that_ annoying is you have to keep pressing the timer button to stop it from beeping. Really wish it had a standby mode while you set up the next item to be pressed.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received a defective product with my first shipment. I was very disappointment that the temperature would not heat up correctly on my press (temp stayed at 65 degrees and would not increase). I contacted the seller and they were great to work with. They agreed to send me a new product and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I have not received my new press yet, but will update once I do. I know that if anything is wrong, the company will go above and beyond to make it right.**update: they sent me a new press and it arrived in just a few days. The new press works great and no complaints.
