I liked the product. Its exactly as seen on photo. It has 5 layers, and can be used to steam multiple dishes at once or to make dumplings. Its beautiful stainless steel and lightweight. Fits in most of the stoves. It arrived on time. I used it to make dumplings and i love it. I would definitely recommend this product.

When my husband first saw this, he was in disbelief I actually bought this. It_ fit for a restaurant. He wanted me to return it!! In the end, he got more excited than me to make dim sum. This thing is huge and requires it to be hand washed (would take up too much space in the dishwasher). But the food turned out awesome! We put two of the trays away as we don_ think we will ever need them (just a family of three).

As you probably guessed this item is a very cost-effective item (much Cheaper than known commercial brand). The steel is a little thin and the knob and dial are not top-notch quality, but the product overall is good for the money. I think it is great for now and then used as a food warmer for gathering or a few hours usage in an event, but not for everyday commercial long haul usage.

Well made and good size to fit in a counter top. Temperature adjustment allows people to get the brown texture preferred.

Very good for the Money, Showed up damaged but still in working condition. We have ours in a small area so it maybe a little warm for that small of an area!

It is more than we expected and has so many uses.
