Good quality product, excellent fitting guidance. I used the supplied metal bolts for the first rail I fitted where you have to be v careful with the drilled hole size to get a good grip,10mm is too small and if it's made too big it won't grip properly, so I fixed the other 2 rails using the coach bolts supplied with 10mm hole and rawlplugs. Worked perfectly, rock solid.

A sturdy construction and easy to assemble. It is adjustable in that it can accomodate some differences in the height of the steps when installing. The hand rail itself is coated black and so far is weatherproof but the fixing bolts used to assemble it have started to rust now. It would have been better to use non rusting nuts and bolts. Overall very practical in providing support when ascending steps.
