Exactly what I was looking for: to build a 50 inch television into the wall under the window: to watch TV, press the included remote control and the TV comes out of the wall and goes all the way above the windowsill. Exactly as described.

I had measured all the dimensions of the TV box correctly. According to the specifications, everything should fit perfectly. So I ordered it, the delivery was three days late, but I didn't find that very important. However, after unpacking all the parts, I found a 'user manual': directly translated from Chinese, totally unusable. I am a technical engineer, but even I couldn't make heads or tails of it. I emailed customer service, and they tried to help me, but couldn't provide any sensible tips. I installed it with all sorts of homemade solutions, and it now functions reasonably well but not 100%.
