Update:Seller contacted me about the issues offed a partial refund and even support on fixing the unit so i upped to starts because i think customer service is vital and this seller has proved that they are willing to stand behind thier product. although i still have the issues thier swift action to the review and willingness to correct it speaks volumeThis product is not what it claims, like other reviewers its power rating is grossly over rated it say 120w but it isnt lucky if its over 20, the heat function works but averages about 10 Minutes a degree to heat so start heating LONG before use. i purchased the 3L capacity which is a joke it holds about 1.5l , the top will not go on properly when the basket is in and the is no Brand name anywere on the machine. Not to mention that this product is very loud, all in all i would not recommend this product to anyone spend some more money and get a DK or something/anything else

Reliable and easy to use. If used in a moderately cool room (under 65 f) it can take a while to heat up. Other than that it works great.

You won't realize how much you can use this, till you own one! I at first had a modest size one that I thought was plenty big But when choosing one, I would suggest getting one thats large enough to clean average size tools. I can't begin to tell you the wonders this device has done for old garden shears, assorted pocket knife style tools. I've even washed my travel mugs and protein shaker cups with lids. Just rinse well before and wash in ultrasonic with a squirt of Dawn detergent. And rinse and wipe clean after...

A plastic basket is a must for cleaning jewelry. The metal basket is well constructed, but not what I need.

Despite its small size it cleans perfectly.Surprisingly, jewelry things have a lot dirt in hidden cavities.

Through this COVID Pandemic it has allowed us to let customers handle and try our jewellery safely In the knowledge we can thoroughly clean it afterwards.
