I encountered a slight problem with my order. I contacted Vcry and received a response immediately. The representative from Vcry dealt with my query speedily, courteously and satisfactorily. I was most impressed by the professionalism of the team at Vcry.

I found that the best way to use this was to warm the fluid to go into the machine, rather than waiting for the unit to do it itself - it took a very long time to get to optimal temperature. Other than that, a great bit of kit!

I bought this initially to clean a carburettor on a ride on lawnmower that had been sitting idle for along time. It did the job really well. I took the carb apart immersed it in warm water with a small amount of cleaner and almost magically the old grease and varnish broke up and came off. It had been painted black which it also removed. I've cleaned a further two carbs since and each time had the same results. I haven't yet tried it with jewellery but I'm sure it will work just as well. In summary this worked well above expectations for the jobs I've used it for.

An excellent bit of kit bought for cleaning bike carbs. Easy to operate heater with digital display Well made SS tank with lid etc..

It really does a very good job on the bits I have put in. It is a lot better than my more expensive one that died.

Only use it a couple of times, works well .Use a good quality cleaning fluid though.Be interesting if we could leave reviews after a couple of years which would be more useful to potential buyers .
