This rack was easy to fit together. It looks great and holds my sit on fishing kayak and my sit on surf kayaks which were previously on the floor. My fishing kayak is very wide and quite heavy and it accommodates it no problem on the bottom arms with my smaller surf kayak on the top. The rack is adjustable lengthways to provide better stability and to accommodate longer kayaks. My only negative is that it does lean forward a bit but that doesn't seem to alter it's stability
