2-axis digital DRO reader for milling lathes
High precision, robust housing and stable measurement
This 2-axis digital DRO reader is an instrument that can measure the position of the workpiece during machining. For greater efficiency and accuracy, a coordinate system must first be defined.
- high performance
- Different diameters
- Fully enclosed keyboard
- Professional parameter setting
- Brackets and screw set included
High accuracy
Precise design with 10 types of scales, resolution 0.05 µm, 0.1 µm, 0.2 µm, 0.5 µm, 1 µm, 2 µm, 5 µm, 10 µm, 20 µm, 50 µm. The resolution should be adjusted according to a linear scale.
Wide application
It is widely used on manual machines such as milling machines, lathes, line cutters and grinders.
larger diameter pattern
When machining an arc in the XZ or YZ plane, there are 8 modes as shown below. Diameter templates can be displayed using circular hole making, inclined plane machining, and arc machining.
Robust keyboard
Robust housing, high reliability and durability of the switch design. Fully enclosed design keeps it clean and dustproof, increasing safety.
Free settings
