Mooie machine, werkt goed met LightBurn.
Ik had een probleem waarbij de X-as niet werkte, maar dat was mijn fout; de knop voor de rotorfunctie stond aan. Daarna heeft de machine drie keer goed gewerkt, maar op de dag van de aflevering stopte de laser met branden. Het figuur werd nog steeds mooi op het scherm weergegeven, en de kop maakte de juiste bewegingen. De helpdesk is behulpzaam, maar houdt me al een week aan het lijntje, en de laser werkt nog steeds niet. Ik heb de software opnieuw geïnstalleerd, zelfs op een nieuwe laptop, maar het heeft niet geholpen. Zelf denk ik dat de hoogspanning los zit of dat er iets anders aan de hand is. Vandaag moet hij retour, ik ben er klaar mee. Goede prijs, maar dat zie je ook wel terug in de service en bouwkwaliteit.

I had an issue where the X-axis didn’t work, but that was my fault; the rotary function button was on. After that, the machine worked well three times, but on the day of delivery, the laser stopped burning. The figure was displayed nicely on the screen, and the head made the correct movements. The helpdesk is helpful, but they’ve been stringing me along for a week now, and the laser still isn’t working. I reinstalled the software, even on a new laptop, but it didn’t help. I suspect that the high voltage connection is loose or that something else is wrong. Today it has to go back; I’m done with it. Good price, but you can see that reflected in the service and build quality.
