I ordered this bath for my 2 cockapoos to stop my own bath getting dirty and muddied up all the time. The bath arrived however the basin was damaged in transit and wasn't in a condition to be installed. I spoke to the live chat team which was available even on a weekend surprisingly. They quickly came to the resolution of replacing the damaged bath with a new one which I cannot fault for customer service. The second one arrived a few days later in great condition. The bath itself is a good height for bathing the two dogs without having to bend a lot. It comes with rubber gloves, dog brush, toy balls, shower head and fittings and a storage tray to hang inside the bath. It took 2 of us around an hour to assemble and isn't particularly difficult. This is the cheapest bath I could find of this size (roughly half the price of any similar bath I could find) and the quality is fine. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend for other people looking for a reasonably priced dog bath.
