Easy to use but it is very low geared so you need to push and pull on the lever a lot to lift an engine any height. It lifts and lowers with great control.

Good value for money
Right after unpacking I noticed that the ratchet mechanism needed a heavy load to engage. The customer service sent me an email explaining how to adjust this. Remove the safety pin, rotate the knob clockwise one step and replace the safety pin. After this the hoist worked fine.
