This product was a complete let down. I ordered it in black but it arrived in white which is completely unsuitable for a garage. I asked for a new one to be sent out (the one I actually ordered and paid for). After 2 weeks of dealing with customer service by online chats I was no closer to getting the product I ordered. I finally got a full refund but I'm stuck with the old shelves as they wouldn't come and collect them. Absolute joke!
