I was surprised at first to find that for the price it is pretty well built. Its sturdy and does what it should. I peeled 14 dozen quail eggs in about 6 minutes! This was taking time to experiment also. I had friends over to help but it turned out I really didn't need them to help at all. The shells deposited on the tray as they should. Full disclosure is I did not hook up the orange hose to the pvc pipe that is supposed to spray water on the eggs as they peel, instead I set the machine across my kitchen sink and positioned the faucet over the rollers and it worked quite well, though I am convinced that the pipe/spray would be much better. We did have a few eggs that peeled off some white with the shell, but not many. Overall, pretty impressive. If your on the fence about this purchase, don't be. The machine is awesome.
