Bought one and screwed up installation, so bought another one and it installed easy in a few minutes, solid unit, and easy buttons to program, it works amazing. The first install was my fault, suggest you use the template to drill the holes....

I have bought the lock, one of the parts were not suitable for my gate. Vevor simply refunded the full purchase since they were unable to offer a suitable part for my gate.
