Werkt prima, ook met een varken van 40 kg begint hij onmiddellijk mooi te draaien. Enige minpunt is een klein stalen balkje van 0.3 cm op ongeveer 3 cm dat onmisbaar is om het spit te doen draaien. Bij het afhalen van het spit valt dit er eenvoudig uit, en kwijt is gedaan met draaien. Een oplossing hiervoor zou handig zijn.
