Separated In Three Steps
Fractional filtration is adopted for a better oil-water separation effect. The filter basket will stop the solid waste first, and then the rest grease will flow through the oil filtering area. Finally, the filtered water will discharge from the drainage outlet.

Our commercial grease interceptor is constructed of rust-proof stainless steel, sturdy and durable. Its surface features effortless cleaning and hard-to-deform. The basket for filtering solid waste is also made of stainless steel.
Excellent Sealing Effect
The cover perfectly fits the body of the stainless grease trap, and there will be no smell emitting if you put it on and place the water pipe into the inlet hole on the top. The water pipes can also be tightly connected to the grease inlet & water outlet holes. P.S. A piece of PTFE tape is provided.
Top & Side Water Inlets
With the top and side water inlets, you can select the connecting method according to your actual needs and conditions. You can place the grease trap underground or just above. The top inlet hole or the higher one on the side links the grease inlet pipe, and the lower water discharge hole is for the water outlet pipe.
Considerate Details
