Condensator mag wat langer. Bodem is een beetje dun. Werkt wel op inductie. Graag had ik nog een rooster erbij maar heb dat nu ondervangen door een oude vergiet

Ziet er goed uit, maar wanneer de pan op een elektrische kookplaat (inductie) verhit wordt, gaat de bodem meteen bol taan, waardoor het grootste contact met de pan verloren gaat. Na een tijd verhitten gaat de bolling minder worden maar lang nog niet optimaal. Conclusie is om de pan enkel op gas te verhitten en niet elektrisch. Wel jammer, ik had een speciale kookplaat gekocht met voldoende diameter.
